This is exactly why i say the LGA system should be scrapped. They just collect a whopping 25% of national resources claiming they are using it for "grassroot development", then they simply disappear into thin air to await the next allocation from Abuja.

When FG roads are bad, we know the FG to hold responsible. When State roads are bad, we know the state governments to hold responsible. But when LGA roads are bad, nobody even knows which LGA is responsible talk more of where their HQ is located.

If Ab.okis had not been using the LGA system as another tool to cheat and corner the nation's resources, they would have agreed to have a system where state supervise how the LGA spend these federal money. But, we are trapped in an Animal farm called "Nigeria" with people who would rather condone waste just to make sure the structure of deceit and cheating they foisted on the nation using their military rule is perpetuated at the expense of Nigeria dying from waste and corruption.

It was not a hotel,but two high rise commercial building to provide professional office space for banks,IT and other corporate businesses.

It should be a common expected standard that any road now built in Enugu must be well marked and provided with gutters on both sides as the city marches into the future.
