Propaganda is why Enugu is still backward despite all it Enugu benefited from the regional government. This YouTuber has really exposed the grand propaganda going on in Enugu state. What did all the governors in this state actually did since 1999? Poverty is still highest in Enugu state, illiteracy is still highest, infrastructure is still dilapidated. Enugu state should be preparing for post oil money and VAT sharing.
