I am trying to build a recharge card printing software.

I am a bit confused after analysing the format the PINs are arranged. See some of the examples below:

What is the criteria for arranging this PINs? How do one convert it back to the proper PINs.
I can notice that it has a compulsory six zeros, the card price e.g N100 at the end of every card.

you need to figure out the encryption algorithm, there are many cryptography software out there for analyzing pattern you can use one of those. But I am going to warn you that they ( the network providers have their own preventive measures to detect if the cards are really genuine). wishing you luck in your endeavor. more so instead of building an application that will be used to generate Recharge card why not build something that will put money in your pocket legally

I think you didn't understand what I am trying to say. I am building a legal recharge card printing software. The pins will still be bought from dealers.

My current concern now is whether all PINs are thesame irrespective of the dealer. The pins are posted above were gotten from a particular dealer.

My questions is:
Are Recharge PINs in their encrypted format thesame for all Dealers?
