My brother, there is no government. That is why criminals are killing people at will for a decade now in Jos. Nobody has been effectively arrested, tried and punished if found guilty-( rule of law is governce and it's absent in Nigeria) . Crime remains a crime whether you kill on behalf of Fulani or on behalf of berom.
