With the benefit of hindsight, it appears to observers that Gowon has been screwed; he has been scammed! Certainly this wasn't the One Nigeria he fought for! A Nigeria where 'victors' are unable to live in peace among themselves despite sharing war loots and national cake among themselves. A Nigeria where the weak (children, women, and aged) are slaughtered by night, and the strong (men, and leaders) fell in broad day light, is far from Gowon's aspiration!

Where is Gowon? And when will he find his voice? Is he waiting for a full scale civil war between Berom and Fulani, so that he could crawl out of his hole and declare a 'No victor, no vanquished'?

Gowon's leadership is needed right about now! He needs to explain to his people why he led them to wilderness and into slaughter house; he needs to reassure them that Fulani are partners in one Nigeria, and that he led the aright!

If he cannot find the voice for this, then Gowon and his cohorts must reassess the relationship between the core north and middle belt with the aim or repositioning the middle belt in the right place and corner in the Nigeria equation. While this is going on, Kwara, Kogi, and Benue State must be vigilante, as the are all of the frontline territory of the herdsmen insurgency. Those who chose this quagmire, must ultimately rise to the challenge of quenching the glowing amber. It's conflagration, has the potential to draw in the all-comer. The Jihadist movement is a relentless one. Gowon, it's time to crawl out of your hole. Your people need you now more than ever!

No wonder a TYibo man is always considered inferior, No one would even allow you to rule, they know Igbos are too m0r0nic to rule anyone, Ppl would rather chose an ijaw, a berom over Igbos

The generation of slaves

Thats what everyone sees Igbos as, harlots always for the highest bidder. Shameless people

Always getting fuucked First by Hausa, then by beroms, Later by Benjamin Adekunle and later their Ikemba became the Jizz guzzler for IBB and Abacha, now they are getting shafted again by Ijaws

When would Igbos shed this slave and harlot gene?

Litmus: During the time of coups and counter coups in Nigeria and during the final transition to civilian rule in Nigeria and several other African countries, Western Nations advised that countries like Nigeria should cut military forces. The facilitating argument ran that a reduced military would be more professional, there'd be less of the ill discipline, agitation and hubris that led soldiers to aspire beyond their remit. I hoped Nigeria would not heed these advice but we did and reduced our military. I believe that a Nation like Nigeria needs a large army, at least half a million strong and we need federal as well as state police.

Once upon a time, because our superstructure was weak, people enjoyed unprecedented freedom. For the most part, strong cultural influences informed our depositions, making us amicable, friendly well meaning people. For this reason, the Dangerous Freedom that we enjoyed caused no harm. However, once Nigeria's human resources developed to the stage were the Nation Nigeria needed to make the leap into a more mature polity, like other nations of its class, Brazil, China, India, and we failed to do so, then we headed for trouble.

Today Nigerians are too big for Nigeria. The state has to catch up and take control or we are all headed for calamity worst than anything in the past. Nigeria needs a Larger Army, State and Federal police, Taxes, better Border Management etc. Sadly, we have reached a point, in our development as a nation, whereby we need to pay for freedom.

Hausa/Fulani are peace loving pealpe. its unfortunate these things are happenen this way.
its only in the north u see people from the south live peaceful in most cases compare to northerns living the in south.
its high time we stoped tribalising crisis in nigeria rather than finding lasting solution to this merherm, issues are tend to be politicised and religiousicised
for e.g. the ijaw/modakeke, Tiv/jukun, recent communal attark in Ebonyi state etc....

ibo didn't fight for three yrs, they just kept abandoning and changing their capitals after they were taken. the only reason the war took 3 yrs was becos ibos were sh1ting in their pants thinking Adekunle was gonna wipe them out. they had no choice but to fight, even a sheep will fight when facing death. pls dont even bring in foreign allies, u want to tell me Biafra didn't bring in mercenaries? u want to tell me Biafrans used biafran-made rifles?

And what about Igbo soldiers who killed defenceless civilians in their bedrooms? We should assume that one never happened?

The day a Igbo man ever takes responsibilty that day they would see changes

Everything wrong with them must have someone to be blamed if its not hausa, its yoruba, Its Ijaw its berom

If u werent such a dolt, you will realize that there is a cause and effect in the activities of men. I aint gonna join issues with ur sorry slowpoke a.ss, but all i gat to say is, for the middle belt infantry that killed defenseless civillians in their millions, for the westerners that believed that starvation is a legit instrument of war, una go see how dem define nemesis. Many more will have to suffer, many more will have to die, dont ask me why. As for ur Adekunle, all he had was brawn not brain and Hediot that you are, more than 20yrs after, the games have changed, if u doubt it, lets get back to d battle field. There is a word called venom, ever heard of it? I have not forgotten or forgiven. Fwool.

I am not Hausa/fulani but I believe hausa/fulani are far better than all this drunkard tribes like Igbos, Berom, Igbos again, and Igbos. If u come North u go c stup/id rich Igbo people but are afraid to go back to their land becos make dem no kill them by their own people. Thank God for Biafra.

Have you asked where is Azikwe who begged for the North and South to be joined together?

Have you asked ojuku why he ran away saving his own neck coming back to claim his own propeties and leaving other Ibos to die?
so this is all you know about the nigerian civil war, pathetic. Ojukwu should sit high on a stone wall with face grimaced with smiles and watch the nigerians soldiers slay Igbo civilians via ethnic cleansing with series of complains put forward and all returning furtile. One thing I assure you heartless and ethnically biased bigots is, the truth must catch up the fastest craft of mankind. Thanks the heavens, the US are not comfortable with our union as a country and will stop at nothing untill we are split. Your fears has got just nothing to fetch you, you and your heartless fathers must face and deal with it. Period...

Is gyang fulani berom?

What's the origin of his name fulani?

The names up there are a bit confusing sometimes- i couldnt make head or tail of what was going on because half the names and areas sounded chinese and also i thought gyang fulani was fulani.

In any case, shouldnt the fed govt be on top of this situation?

Lord have mercy.

And BTW, i love the level of tribalstic hatred going on here, it means we can all aspire to wipe off other tribes and turn Nigeria into a massive graveyard. Generations unborn will read in the history books that there used to be a country called Nigeria, just d way i read about Hannibal of Carthage and Phidipedees of Sparta. Gosh, my people cant wait to revenge.Biafra in our consciousness.

Fulani are just useless set of people. When I served in this same LGA, these ppl will graze farms with their cows. Enter skool compound with their cows despite giving them where to feed their cow. U migrated into someone land nd u want to take their land. This people needs to be wiped off, noone anywhere can say anything good abt these animals.

Apart from somalia and sudan..nigeria is the worst contraption i have ever seen...personally..i blame the northerners...they do not have the spirit of tolerance...in the south they go to their mosques freely and ply their trade without fear...whilst southerners up there are now scared to go and worship in church..too bad!!
