UBA Douglas Branch in Owerri was Gutted with fire last Night. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The surrounding Nworie Market lane was severely affected. There were armed stern looking security operatives guiding the Bank this morning to prevent area boys gaining access to the Bank. |
