6 days for 3 days. Good business for me!

As i was reading this post I got a message concerning the 6 days extension on my internet plan. It's small but let's commend them for this at least. It could encourage them to improve further.

I need a solution to know why my Glo does not browse even when there's airtime on it except wen i subscribe to a data plan. I recieve the message also but my plan expired this morning.

It is back but very very slow.when are they increasing the speed?

6 days for 3 dys, shows the type of respect they have for us that patronise them. They really tried on this compensation thingy... I'm just imagining what MTN would have done in the same circumstances. Such a tawdry network.

Please which part of naija are you in, cos mine is still not on. I've done hard reset several times, gone to the glo office twice, and I've gotten the extension too. If it was even crawling, I would be happy, but it comes up every 3 hours for only a minute. Getting tired

Compensation is not the issue right now. They should do something about the speed. It's worse than horrible.

It's really annoying but, I am sure full service is yet restored hence this 'slow' connection everywhere. Let's be patient with them till full service is fully restored. Thank you.
