Its commonly said dat nigeria graduate er not employable !well this is not far from d truth
Daily we see various job posting but most asking 4 2-5yers experienc!the education system of
D nation is not producing what d labour market needs!n no company is will to train graduate again cus of pass experience ,were graduate liv d trainer n go to work 4 another company offering a better pay!many of us er not patriots to our trainer much more 9ja!company er now wiser instead of training they look 4 consultant!but its necessary as a graduate to be train b4
Really getting into d jobs! I dnt real expect private own company to continue to train graduate !that dey later loss to competitors,when then no be mumu!
So its job of the government to retrain graduate !ITF as not been effective n training er very expensive 4 individual except big boys money talking!I got a job in an airline 4 chopper engineering but was required to av done a training at aviation school zair that about 2m.an many more truly there er jobs but no 1 to do it. I believe d way 4 ward is 4 graduate in every local government n state .put some pressure on local govement n some mistry in d state I.e youth n sport n employment etc. we need to be really train 4d tasks ahead! Practical training.IT training is about d cheapest...

Am i the only one that noticed your handling of ENGLISH LANGUAGE?? infact ur employer has to train u on English language first.....................................
