are two different parts of the same being. The spirit realm is different from the mental realm so also is the physical realm. The different parts of a being reside in different realms.

Most of us are only conscious of the physical realm and self. The brain is the organ by which your mental self influences your physical self, likewise your other selves have other means of influencing one another.

No they both are the same thing bro. Mind needs substance to exist as. Spirit is the essence of consciousness and the substance of Mind. Spirit is mind, because spirit is intelligent. Both words are synonymous as I said earlier .. Mind and Spirit are one and the same. We all exist as spirit and we all exist as mind.

We are spirits/mind having a human experience that's it.

There's the supernatural/ritual magic
