CONDITION PRECEDENCE TO L.P.O FINANCE

1. Company must be reputable companies

2. The L.P.O must be in our company’s name.

3. Confirmation of L.P.O is mandatory.

4. Irrevocable domiciliation of payment/Letter of authority to pick cheque

5. Authorization that the chq be released to name and passport of given officers.

6. Your experience on the job must count e.g 5yrs experience

7. The company bringing the business must contribute 20% of the contract cost.

8. Terms of payment must not be more than 2 weeks

9. Profit margin must be calculated before we embark on the business

10. M.O.U must be signed between the two parties drafted by a reputable lawyer.
