HUMAN RESOURCE & PROCESS QUALITY MANAGER – HANL/LOGS/1
• Bachelors Degree in business, human resources or liberal arts
• MSc in field relating to Organizational behaviour would be an added advantage
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Supervisory and administrative support role
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Sound working knowledge of management techniques including Key Performance Indicators, recruitment, selection, development of people
• Knowledge of Microsoft office software
• Experience in architecting and driving change
• Successfully led in a global and matrix environment
