I had an offer to buy 1/2 plot of land at a very good location in Port-Harcourt. i have since been thinking if it is wise to go ahead with the purchase. the question is, what kind of apartment can you erect on this piece of land?. Can you have packing space enough for even a car, not to mention 2/3 cars.

I believe I am not the first person in this kind of situation. kindly share your experience, and how you were able to successful manage Half-plot of land to erect meaningful structure.
