Location: Lagos


Responsibilities:

Managing and controlling supply parts of customer purchase orders, customer escalation and purchase order changes/updates
• Provide end-to-end order fulfillment support including co-ordination with central order desk, project managers, factory supply and delivery
• Secure and validate Bill of Quantity with all needed supporting documents and information
• Participate in start-up, hand-over and drive weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Compile monthly reports and database updating for tracking and KPI purposes. Decide on corrective or escalation actions to ensure on-time and in full order fulfillment
• Have excellent knowledge of received contracts/customer purchase orders, both in terms of volumes and products and thus give input to supply planning functions. Take full control of planned orders, stock, deliveries, invoicing and costs to meet the all project requirements.
• Responsible for trade compliance and any required reporting
• Handling of claims for “dead on arrival” products
• Verify documents for customer invoicing. Execute customer purchase order change requests

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Minimum Diploma in logistics or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 1 years and above of relevant experience in operations or supply chain
• Flexibility in taking on new scope of work as part of cross training objectives
• Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office
• Team worker with a good attitude and detail orientation
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be mentally and physically fit.
