I think its of no consequence,the admission letter is nothing but a means of verification that truly,you've been admitted.

Come to think of it, my very first jamb was witheld, because they cought those in the 'miracle' hall. Why couldn't they assumed that the rest of us didn't cheat and release our result the same way i am assuming this to be mistake.

The only logical reason sir,is that your status hasn't been updated yet.I'll urge u to be patient as it will be done.

your status hasn't been updated by jamb yet but the admission letter isn't compulsory for everybody according to UI.

Akby: Good news to all DE direct student... This is to inform all prospective students who applied for DE that the institution will paste 2nd batch for DE applicants. I was mailed this afternoon by the school so if u applied for DE and u've not been admitted kindly check ur mail and follow the step as stated in the mail.
Yeah sign of fresh air indeed to my co applicants. As touching the clearance of a thing, everything is set and good to go. Already filled and printed my bio data as stated on their requirement to bring along on clearance day just that the HOD signature is needed which it would be done on the clearance day proper. I think everything is set for our quest to begin @ UI. Success y'all

I chosed @ random as for mine cos i wanted electrical so i have to go for petroluem, mechanical, industrial and production and physics electronics sequential... Electrical was 18 initially while pet and mech very few likewise industrial... Physics electronics was even very few i think just 1 or 2. Let's wait till monday/tuesday boss

Has any1 been able 2 download d medical & undatakin form cos i don't know how 2 do dat. & also can u rememba dat we wer askd 2 reprint d invitation leta,wel i submited d 1 i reprinted but i stil av copies of d former 1 can i use dat 1 even though d venue & seat no is difrent.

Fellow Nairalanders i think we need to exercise patience concerning the MEDICAL FORM , UNDERTAKING FORM which are to be downloaded and filled as directed by the admission portal.Presently (http://admissions.ui.edu.ng/biodata) is not working which indicates that the address is still under construction. Check it out yourself to confirm my claim.Please let take it easy ooo as U.I will never ask from you what they would not be able to provide or probably would never give us addditional work to do by searching through the entire net for Forms formats / samples to download.A word is enough for the wise.

Fill 16 o because they won't admit anyone below 16 years

Right click on the signature and click edit. It will open default Ms word photo editor... Go up and click on file and scroll down to save as... It will pop a dialogue box where u can select the format u want the signature to saved as. File name call it anything u want and under it click the select arrow to check various options of format then save as .bmp mind u there are various types of .bmp just pick the monochrome or 16bit option so d size of the signature can be reduced drastically. I think mine was about 4.8kb
