From what I've been able to deduce, here is a mental picture of how it's gonna look like. First u get ur ₦50 office flat file. Open it and start arranging ur documents.
Acceptance fee print out
Letter of invitation for PUTME
Original institution copy of JAMB admission letter and 4 photocopies of Candidates copy
Acceptance form
JAMB result slip (4)
O'levels (4)
Birth cert (4)
Original letter of recommendation - 2
Undertaken letter
JAMB003
PUTME and Acceptance deposit slip (4)
N.B UI will never collect ur personal original certificates so u are not going to perforate it with the ones u have in the file. Only the original recommendation letters and UI's copy of the JAMB admission letter will be the only original documents present in the file

Actually the dedline for admission into tertiary institution this year is Oct 31 and if u look at it Oct 26 is the deadline for clearance. Our names should be pasted hopefully this week. This will help us pay the 10K in time and as well meet up with 26th clearance date. I won't be suprised if it's even tomorrow but it all lies on the school management table

When u click.on the link, you should see a dialogue box requesting to either save/open it. It may not open if the u're using does not have MS word installed on it.
