Most of the cutt off posted by VNTI are last year cutt off mark I cross checked that with last year cutt off I have with me xcept for chemistry that's is diiferent the remaining cutt off is same as last years own.

I think d cut-off is really out. I was just informed by a friend that it had been pasted. So probably those sites got it from d pasted one. To be on d safer side and avoid doubts, instead of hanging around nairaland u can just hang around unilagb to be sure
