NOTE:Dont upload Binary into the DB

SOLUTION
Write a function that will copy the image in the specified path of the FILE CONTROL.
Now When check if the selected file is image/jpeg type or as your valid type may be.
Validate the Size.
// Wen that is done
Call your function to copy the file in the FILE CONTROL to the new PATH you specified.

if(the above is done){
INSERT the new file_path INTO your_db_table;
