I just saw a thread talking about 5 best govs so i decided to know who are the worst govs also. Ie the opposite of the working ones.

They both have a flair for exhorbitant project that will not only loot the present generation alone but will also loot the unborn Generation. Examples of such projects include Lekki and Badagry road project. Other sure candidates are Uduaghan of Delta state and Orji of Abia.
