My company just completed the NAFDAC registration of a product; Miraisa instant moinmoin and akara beans powder. This powder contains, tatase (red bell pepper), rodo (habanero pepper) onions and beans (red sweet beans aka oloyin) all in powdery form. To prepare akara or moinmoin, all you need to do is to mix with warm water and add your desired seasoning.
