On June 28, 2019, Naira Marley released, ‘Soapy‘ which was his follow-up to ‘Opotoyi‘. The single which was released while he was in EFCC custody sparked controversy because of its vulgar content and lyrics which seem to promote masturbation. The track which was a major hit and one of the biggest songs in 2019 was heard in every nook and cranny, played by both young and old.
