Purpose of the Role
The Event Support Assistant is responsible for providing operational and supervisory support services to the field staffs and administrative services to the CEO.

Key Performance Area
This job description is not exhaustive and will evolve as the Company’s organizational needs change.

• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and the Company’s internal/external clients.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence and follow-up on prospective.
• Handle requests and enquiries appropriately.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Make meeting arrangements, and take dictation and minutes.
• Social media engagements and uploads.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs, devise and maintain office filing system
• In exceptional situations, responsible for acting on behalf of or representing the CEO in some meeting as may be directed.
• Ensure the Chairman is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagements he is involved in.
• Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Preparing agendas for the team, source for supplies
• Handle warehouse inventory and venue delivery checklist, ability to drive
• Ensure all company properties, materials are always kept in good condition
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required.

Education, Certification & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial study or related field.
• 1-3 years Personal Assistant, Support Staff
• Knowledge and experience in human management will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office and English proficiency.


Profile Requirements
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and social media applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be action oriented with excellent follow through Accountability.
