the bible says in hebrews 12:1 that we should lay aside every weight and sin which easily beset us.looking at this verse very closely the term WEIGHT here means talkativeness,masturbation,coveteousness,hypocricy and the likes. this things re nt sin but they can weaken our spirituality.
