Emanehi: Partner interview is always going to be different from a 'regular' face to face interview talk less of a phone interview. The purpose is to see if your personality match what the company wants. Therefore, it is going to be you gisting with the partner to help you relax to show your real self. And also, remember the partner is a senior staff (maybe for that particular role) so they know the role well and can talk about it. I believe shell phone interview is with HR officer who is strictly looking for if/how you exhibited CAR and if you have it which leads to the many follow up questions. Making the two experience totally different. My advice: During phone interview assume it is face to face and act like it is. Gesture like you would during a face to face conversation and remain calm. 2 Likes |

supadave: There is definitely reason(s) those people were invited but I've got questions for you Dave. Did you randomly come to this conclusion? Were those invited to the branding event specifically told they were successful at the AC? In anyway though, UBN should let us know how far (success or regret mail) so we can end this long process. |
