I also applied for the loan around March 2020, I got a text message form them around first week of April. They called me today for interview and said I should provide my 12months SOA, collateral and one guarantor above level 14 if its civil servant or a well reputable business man or woman that will stand for me and also guarantee my loan repayment. I further ask the lady that interviewed about the actual time for disbursement, she said this week Thursday.

Show me that man/woman wey talk say God no dey exist, make I gist am my experience so e go follow me praise God.

I have collected my visa to the glory of God.

All the stress, sleepless nights, prayers and novenas even three days dry fasting wasn't in vain.

God you are wonderful.

List of documents submitted:

- Visa form (filled on pc or mobile)
- All legalized documents
- DOV
- Letter of admission
- Bio data
- Sponsorship letter (with dad's company letter headed paper)
- Sponsor's statement of account
- Sponsor's pension savings account statement
- Documents of sponsor's landed properties
- Certificate of registration of sponsor's company
- Photocophy of sponsor's driver's license
- Two passport photographs
- Two coloured photocopies of my passport data page
- Flight reservation
- Hotel reservation
- Coloured photocopy of my Austrian visa

Note: No insurance!

Also, don't be fooled by the lies told by agents and their likes at the gate of the Italian consulate of "oh you must have 5 million or 7 million in ur account".

If you are going for masters, and you have at least 2.5 million and you are being sponsored by your dad or mum with all the necessary documents submitted plus prayers and fasting, you wld be given a visa!

I am a testimony!

Shout out to smithsydny and geekytobi. I bless God for using you guys to assist me on the journey to getting my visa.

Aint getting carried away. I know the struggle has just begun. One chapter has closed, another one is abt to be opened.

Baba God is in control.

congratulations bro... please can you guide me in my application... please pm me your contact number... thanks

turkey e - visa application is for those wit valid shegen visas ..

Why not applying to get the normal turkey visa at their embassy in Nigeria then apply at Estonia Embassy in Turkey... I thing you going their to apply for Student visa at Estonia Embassy in Turkey should be a tangible reason to approve your visa to enter into Turkey. or what do you think?

Turkey issues E-Visa, so I guess that should be less stressful and it's even cheaper than the Indian embassy. May God put us through.

Thanks so much sillymoderator. Your contribution is highly appreciated...what's my chance of getting the trv if my local government wanna sponsor me? Do yo mean Letter of Acceptance for the LOA? Thanks bro

uote author=sillymoderator post=50245806]
1. About tuition deposit/payment check your LOA or the school.
2. About Medical you have two options either you do upfront or wait till you get mail to go for one.
3. Medical fee depends on the clinic you visit (check Approved clinics on CIC site)
4. For documents list the ones you have people will tell you what remains.
5. Contact VFS for the latest fee very easy to do.

[thanks so much bro...

quote author=metrecube post=50186648]

You can apply online or use paper route. With online application, all you have to do is upload all ur documents via cic portal and pay with your card wc is expensive compare to paper application. Paper application is cheaper, all u have to do is gather your documents and submit at vfs office in Lekki and pay cash there
Trv is temporary resident visa wc allow u to enter Canada. At d point of entry you will be issued ur study permit.

You need to read d thread and make google your friend for better information. All d best[/quote]

@riddeek honestly i just don't understand how they calculate the percentage stuff... I only answer to the question been directed to me.

The graduate admin officer for the department I'm applying to replied me with the message bellow...

Osemigho:

71.7% is a bit low. If possible, apply to more than one school - 3 preferably.

Apply for admission and read previous thread for visa matters.

Few advise ahead of visa stage:

1) if your parent school is unregistered, advise them to.

2) Advise them to build their account to an amount that will pay your school fees, feeding and still show that they can cater for themselves and your siblings. Without scholarship/funding from your university, #5m Minus your school fees and feeding is a good starting point.

#Note : building the account should be done like they are building a house. Otherwise, it will be a potential visa refusal point.

#Note also that LG account will require more document to convince Visa officer. Possible I guess but not as good as your parent/siblings account, if more than enough and cash flowing money is there.

2) if you don't have one, get a job related to your potential course even if you have to volunteer.

Take my advise with caution, I am no expert in all I said

Good morning guys you are really doing a great job here, please keep it rolling I'm wishing everyone of us successes in our application... I'm new to this trend and would like to confirm some info from you guys... I believe your Infos would be helpful in my application process.

* I'm applying for master degree program at U of Sask for the fall intake... I sent a mail to one of the factuality staff at my department of interest... He already did my cgpa grading conversion to 71.7% for my Programme of interest and said I'm qualify to apply. My questions are: 1. I'm I required to pay for tuition fee before departing Nigeria to Canada? 2. What are the process required in booking my appointment at the Canadian embassy in Nigeria? 3. What are the checklist require for my visa documentation and the best method to consider for my visa application? cuz i learnt there is online application and others. 4. As regards my sponsorship, I have someone that can provide me with my local government statement of account can I go for it and what's my chance of been approved? If I'm gonna use my parent statement of account, what's the minimum amount required to have in the account during my documentation at the embassy? Parent run a secondary and primary school can I still include the school state government letter of approval if I'm using my parents as my sponsor.., please I would appreciate any contribution that would be helpful. Thanks
