This is not about politics. I am not sure there is any political movement in Nigeria that is willing to push for LGBT rights.

What is happening now is the unveiling of the agenda of those supporting the protest financially. Money is pouring into the account of feminist coven from abroad. And just like everything that comes from abroad, there are conditions attached. Supporting LGBT rights is part of the condition.
