Now she is going on clichés grin grin

Try another way to annoy me because this one is stale already.

My "poverty" is the wealth of your worthless father who raped you continually as a child to make you think all men are smelly beasts as he is. Divert your frustration to him little girl. cheesy cheesy cheesy cool

I'm sorry they fed you only pap as a baby and your brain never got a chance to develop. No normal person can type what you just typed up there. Poor thing

Shutup! You Nigerian ladies are horrible set of people! That is how the Pastor of COZA was accused falsely...I WAS ONCE ACCUSED FALSELY...now Peruzzi is being accused falsely! This is one of of thousands of false accusations.

I wonder what it is you people see in accusing men falsely of rape. It seems you ladies get a kick out of it. Nonsense!!

Your poverty is smelling

Rape apologists aka future rapists will have a field day on nairaland today. With their body odor and smelly mouths, I pity any woman that encounters you people.

A chat. She must have confronted him. The chat will always be available on instagram

Did she tell you she confronted him?

Why does the burden of proof have to fall on her and not the alleged rapist to provide chats showing it was consensual?

Did you confront the person that raped or assaulted you? Do you have evidence? Or you want to deny that you're an adult woman in Nigeria that has never experienced it? No one has grabbed you in tejuoso? Be deceiving yourself.

Maybe, but you don't accused without evidence right, this world is to messed up.

What evidence are you looking for? A s*x tape? A written statement from the alleged rapist? Use your common sense.

You are an evil man and I'm very sure you're unattractive. Do you know that a c section is a major surgery? You're coming to report a new mother to a forum full of strangers because of three months of no sex after a c section. You're a vile and disgusting excuse for a human being and I hope she leaves you and finds a better husband.

Celebrities / Re: Pete Edochie: Any Man Who Kneels Down To Propose To A Girl Is A Fool by abike12(f): 2:27am On Feb 21, 2020
The man has been married for 51 years so I know he's a wise elder. My husband knelt down to propose but if he hadn't I probably wouldn't have noticed or cared. What's important is how you get treated in the marriage.

ETA: we really need to document our culture. We can't really blame people for kneeling down when that's all they see online. I don't even know what a traditional yoruba proposal should be like.

Nigerian is a Nigerian and if you apply with a Nigerian passport, you are in the ban situation. If you apply with your adopted country passport, even there you will be asked to present the police report from places where did you live and if it includes Nigeria, it may got you in a ban waiting line too.

Ok. the reason I ask is because the reason for the ban allegedly has to do with Nigeria sharing certain information so if a person is resident in a country without those issues it could make a difference in the consideration for a waiver. Although one can't predict these people...

Good afternoon people, I didn't see any answers online addressing the effect of the ban on a Nigerian that's a legal resident of another country and will be applying from that country. Any ideas on how that will be handled?

It's always good to show respect to everyone, regardless of who they are, even in a faceless forum, anybody can be of help to you one day

I guess people were expecting Twoods to be of help to them hence they tolerated his insults for so long. If he was doing anything productive in the US and happy then why will he spend his time on here talking down to people? There are galas to attend, volunteer events, travel and so many other things for successful people in the US to do. Instead he came here to inflate his nonsense ego and you guys encouraged him.

My school didn't request I pay tuition, just the acceptance fee, which I have paid and i have requested for the CAQ. My question now is can my bro-inlaw's friend serve as my sponsor? My mum account balance is not enough for her to be my principal sponsor. My bro-inlaw's friend is a business man and a US citizen. Please I'll appreciate your replies as i will be applying next week as soon as I receive my CAQ, my school is resuming 3rd of September. Thanks

I'm not an expert but here's what I know so far, they prefer parents or someone with the same last name/traceable relative as sponsor. they also ask that if it's not a direct sponsor you should show evidence of that person being financially involved in your life. so if they have sent you money before or paid your fees in the past, you can add the receipts, those sort of things. hope that helps.

how much are your fees versus what the person has in their account?

ORIGINAL PASSPORT REQUEST!!! (May applicant)

Experience is truly the best teacher, and my Canadian Sucess story made me believe the saying “EVERY DISAPPOINTMENT IS A BLESSING”!!! I know very well my story will motivate or strengthen some people never to give up in whatever that interests them, pursue it desperately like your life depends on it!! Yes I mean it.
Before I proceed, below is my timeline.

Congratulations!!! Very encouraging and yes your application was tight. Thank God and God bless all the people that helped you on the forum.

Personally I dont see the need of writing a letter explaining the denial of another country to Canada. The letter you should write should be in support of the Canadian application. Except if it was a ban, then you would need to explicitly explain why the ban was issued.

I feel you. I checked IMM 1294 and there is a box for a brief explanation which is sufficient.

You don't need to state that in your SOP/LOE. The answer you gave on the IMM1294E form is okay.

oh ok. thanks a lot

Its a 5yrs ban for misrepresentation. For your own good, declare any visa denial. Even if its Ghanian visa that you were denied

the question is not whether to fill the denial out on the form or not. the question is whether to write a letter of explanation to give further details

I still feel its like shooting urself in the leg if u had been denied US visa and not canadian visa in the past. canadia visa denial should be given in details. bur US or other countries, why?

so the LOE is not necessary? i'm conflicted. i also dont want them to feel like this is her second choice but I also don't want them to feel there is a sensible reason why she was denied - there wasn't

State truthfully on the study permit IMM1294E form that you've been refused a US visa in the past and in the SOP should discuss about your intent to study in Canada and why you must depart after your authorized stay.

needless to say, she will answer all questions truthfully. ok thanks, I'll search for sample LOE

I advise she reapplies and then appear before a VO more prepared. She has an incredible travel history and she only needs to make a case for her reason to study in the U.S. She needs to be confident, factual and convincing. She also needs to make the VO understand it was a summer vacation(alongisde her sister giving birth to a baby) and her high school was on holiday. Also, put God first.

we all fasted and prayed and didn't take it for granted since a visa is not her birthright. that's why i'm even questioning that is it God's will for her to study here. I know it will be more convenient for me to have her close by but she has her own life to live and her own destiny. it is well.

I think u r taking it too far while subtly insulting most people on this thread with the "it's not a big deal" card.

U said d US is not a big deal, yet u have spent 20years there. Everyone on this thread thinks d US is a big deal, that's y they contribute. But not everyone's life depends on the US. It's a big deal to the girl n is certainly a big financial deal to her father who is only coughing out 18k per year out of his 40k SOA. Even you, u r this worked up about what u feel is not a big deal. You even went as far as prepping her with questions u gleaned from this thread, but somehow still said it's not a big deal.

Times have changed and TWoods have provided a plausible reason, prepare the girl again and try at least one more time.

apologies if it sounded like that, I meant it literally. of course waking up at 6am to go to an interview for a school that you planned to attend and getting denied is a big deal. the problem is we are not even sure of what happened and what to fix so it's discouraging. coupled with the fact that we've never faced a denial, we just freaked out and abandoned the mission.
