My experience is horrible, i don,t pay to stay with any landlord again in my life. My current landlady will collect money for water, sweeping of the compound and cutting of the grass but no body to do all this over two years i rented this house, unfortunately our pumping machine spoil and she did not repair it since October last year and she was collecting money from us.
