Has anyone been to Mowe and Ibafo? I want to believe these towns are in Ogun state? If you have been to these places, you would definitely score OGD zero. Nothing is working there, Very very bad roads. Nothing shows the presence/ existence of government there.

I feel that you should dump him and move on with your life. If he is so dependent on you now, i can bet my life on it that even when he has the "money" he would expect you to still carry responsibilities that are not yours.
