Remedy you say; separate governance from religion, if a man wants to marry 20 wives ('because Islam permits')it's completely fine but let all families know that a maximum of 3 children per family is rule, anything more and the man and woman face stiff punishment. In this case no one's religion is contradicted after all, Islam did not say that all your wives must have children.

my statement was not to be taken literally( it is meant to be an awakening and a call to stop encouraging average in our system). It is aposite at this juncture in our defence and military intelligence setup to learn from the best and be strategic as well as proactive, the country being visited has little or nothing to offer us, we have to stop treating symptoms and look at the root cause.
