The Ministry of Mines and Steel always requires companies in mining and sales of minerals to have geologist the work with on consulting basis, not necessarily full employments.
During license renewal process the companies usuall require a letter of engagement) acceptance from a qualified geologist — geologist graduates can take advantage of such instances to make small pocket change.

I noticed a squeaky noise while driving on low speed. Noise when in top speed.
