You might not get an approval mail but check your appointment page it will show if it was approved.

Very important; I am new here. I need someone to guide me on what to do. I have been processing my VISA application since last month. I am supposed to resume school by March 27. When I applied for my visa appointment, the only date available in 2022 was November so I chose it and immediately applied for an emergency appointment date. It’s been over three weeks and the embassy hasn’t mailed me to know if the emergency was approved or denied. I am so confused right now. I have mailed them to no avail.
Somebody should help.
Thank you

Dude, don't confuse yourself and those you need guidance from. You said that the loan is $35,000 and you are paying in naira after your studies, because you gonna be working here and paying back the money with 20% of your salary for the period of ten years. Now if we do the maths, though I can't discern now what your actual salary will be by then. Now, $35,000 with current CBN exchange rate is 415. Thus, 35000 * 415 = 14,525,000. The period of ten years gave us 120 months, meaning that you gonna be paying 121,041.6667 every month for the period of ten years, (14,525,000 ÷ 120). This only gave the principal amount of $35000 equivalent to 14,525,000 in Naira. If the principal and interest are there, you didn't specify it, because you said that the loan is $35,000. Reason this also, incase they want to do the math and ask you how much will you be earning after your studies. You will be earning 121,041.667 * 5 = 605,208.335. Check if that is possible for you as a young graduate in the Nigerian financial institute without at least CFA which can edge you to a managerial position, because currently, according to glassdoor, average salary for financial analyst in Nigeria is about 200,000 naira. Consider how you gonna convince your VO.

Mpower can extend the duration of the loan up to 15years and also when I say 20% of my salary will be used to off set the loan I know exactly what am saying. Speak yourself

Maxidooo1990:

What about interest, is there no interest charged you for the loan. That's another thing you need to consider.

Are you asking this questions for asking sake? Cuz if you really got a loan from Mpower the repayment of principal & interest is spread up to 15years. So I don’t understand your question

VO: And how do you intend to repay that loan?

What's the best Answer to this question

The repayment of the loan will start after the completion of my Msc program which 20% of my salary will be used as repayment for 10years period and in the event of default my bank and employer signed an indemnity agreement to off set my pension and benefits to the loan company as repayment.

Mine came out successful after 95days.

Some Administrative review decisions take more than 28days even up to like 100days.

Just chill and relax

Hopeful123:

Looks like the 10 year ban is removed. you can reapply for January in take.

Please when did you submit your Admin Review and how long did it take.

I submitted mine since August and still waiting for their decision.

Thanks

Removing his name now look like a lie or your trying to play smart.

Since he’s not coming back he should have just told you to use SEPARATED/DIVORCED bcuz in his own application he must have put your name there as his wife so even if you remove his name now it doesn’t change anything.

Is either you face the VO and tell he/she your story that your not legally separated yet but paper documents have been sent to him to sign.

My opinion but not asking you to do it.

Phoenix143:
Good day everyone. I have an admission for spring 2022 full funding. However, I have been f1 denied visa in the past with reliable information that the reason is because I have a first degree relative (spouse) who is in the U.S. He has overstayed in the US and not willing to return for visa renewal for fear of being denied. This is affecting my plans for genuine studies in the states. I have previously filled his name as my spouse on my submitted US visa application form. I am planning to reapply. How do I disconnect myself from him especially now thst its registered on their system thst I am married to him, so that I am able to fill No to the question " Do you have a relative in the US"? Please I need your advice on this. Help a soul. Thanks

You need to pay the 67k before doing anything.

Since you have the money readily available pay the fee and book appointment date in advance.
