FCSC recruit to Ministries and if you can meet your state commissioner at FCSC such person could be of help. To be recruited in ministries you fill FCSC form and a file will be open for you which you put the form attached with your credentials and a code will be generated for you of which some call it reference number while some call it file number and once there is a vacancy in any ministry that tally with what you fill they will get in touch with you.

To be candid with you if you have connection there won't be a need to pass through the process. They will just call you to pick your appointment letter followed by documentation and IPPIS capturing.

It depends on the level given to that person. If it is level 9 step 2 take-home will be around 72k

I think is FCSC that suppose to issue the appointment letter which will just bear the name of the ministry involved. Maybe your sister enter with NCE, ND as level 6 step 2 because from level 1-6 being handle by the ministry while level 7 upward being handle by FCSC.

If you want to transfer your service to the federal civil service, you must tender evidences to proof your years of work experience with the state government ministry and you will get the equivalent in federal. For example, if your appointment at the state level terminates at level 12 step 2, you’ll continue with level 12 step 3 with the federal civil service. Otherwise, if you can’t proof your years of work experience, you’ll start again at level 8.

I laugh in Swahili..... What you are saying is not possible. You can never transfer from state ministry to federal civil service unless you resign from state ministry and now apply in federal civil service.

Hello, you don't need to transfer to another ministry. Ministry of labour and employment is one of the best ministry to work. Note that all the ministry are receiving same salary but in the case of labour and employment they get little allowance.

The S.E.C slot too cheap to believe. SEC salary is more than FIRS and the FIRS slot goes for 3.5m and how come SEC slot will go for 650k.

There suppose to be a staff promotional exam slated on the 2nd - 5th of June, 2020 after which appointment letter will be issue but due to covid-19 pandemic the exam has been postpone till 2nd - 5th of November, 2020 based on the latest circular. If FCSC still hold that appointment letter will be distributed after promotional exam which means there won't be new recruitment this year but if they later change their mind that appointment letter come first means anything can happen immediately civil servant fully resume.

Sir, I still insist that no appointment letter being given or distributed now. Nothing is going on in FCSC unless the slot is fake. No commissioner that will signed blank appointment letter without name on it unless they forge the signature of the commissioner. As at today no one can enter FCSC in Abuja unless you are level 14 upward and the security will make sure you are truely on level 14. Just tell you sister to be careful not to be duped.

Nothing is going on in FCSC now. The appointment letter you uploaded has been dish out since last year November - February 2020 and those that received the letter have been posted but not yet captured due to covid-19 pandemic.

Can a person employed as civil servant in ministry of health be posted to work as doctor or nurse or med lab scientist in federal hospitals.

Where the issue lays is that ministry of health spare head the activities of federal hospitals but if you work in ministry of health you with be paid on ministry salary only that you will get some allowances like hazard allowance, call allowance etc.

In the case of Federal hospital like UCH, UITH they are categorize under Parastatals and their salary is much because they pay them on COHESS.

As to be posted to federal hospital can't be done automatically unless you need to change your place of work and know look for a job in Federal hospitals.

EFCC pays 154k monthly for entry level, you can probably ask him again how much he/she earns after January.
