If the glamorous presenter is to be believed the procedure will set the party-loving Brazilian back to the tune of around £36,000 - a small fortune but a sum which one of the world's previously highest earning players can no doubt afford.

There are rumours that Ronaldinho once had a clause written into his contract that prevented him from altering his 'asymmetrical' smile, although what he could endorse by flashing more gum than teeth isn't immediately obvious.

The treatment certainly makes a difference, especially when presented with the classic before and after photographs - which is akin to watching the transformation from a scurvy ridden sailor to a smile that wouldn't look out of place in Hollywood.

Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has refused to talk about his ex-manager, Jose Mourinho.

The pair fell out during the second half of last season when the Portuguese coach's relationship with a number of his senior players, most notably Iker Casillas & Pepe, became strained.

The Portugal captain was asked about his relationship with his former Real coach last night & he replied rather curtly.

The 28-year old said: "I will not talk anything about that person, it's not worth it. Sorry, but I will not talk about that person,"

But on new Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, Ronaldo said. "I like working with Ancelotti. He is a great man and a great coach."

Brasil national team head coach, Luiz Felipe Scolari has crticized Barcelona over their treatment of Neymar and believes the Spanish champions are responsible for the attacker's recent health problems.

The 21-year-old Brazilian superstar was diagnosed with anaemia earlier this month after undergoing surgery to have his tonsils removed in July and Scolari has slammed the catalan club for advising the forward to go under the knife and for the way they have managed him since his arrival from Santos.

Scolari said at a press conference: "It’s unacceptable that Neymar now has anaemia,"

"He was with Barcelona before the Confederations Cup and he was perfectly fine. At the moment it’s clear he’s not the same, though, because he underwent surgery.

"It seems it was that lot [Barcelona], who know everything, who think they are always right.

"It was always obvious Neymar was going to lose weight after the surgery."

Neymar joined Barcelona in a €57 million (£48m) deal from Santos in June and has reportedly lost up to seven kilograms since his operation.
