Got Prearrival 11th and Passport request 12th Nov. Submitted passport on 15th to Accra.
How long does it take to get your passport back?

Pls I have been having difficulty booking online for IOM Lagos, IOM Abuja are not picking up calls either. when I tried booking on their website I was sent an email to verify my email but it kept saying error, please will I be attended to if I go there without booking online?
The next available date is December which is too far.

For Q-life, you can't say you have booked without payment. There is a reason for this! IOM might be closer.

@Adveert002, my wife's application got a little update today. Her eligibility is being determined, so it is in progress and IRCC started Oct19 but we saw it published today. So it is eligiblity in progress and background checks Not Started at this time. I know things do happen beneath.

Medical completion and updated July 19
I got an additional request message from IRCC asking for UCI number and form IMM 5532. I submitted online. I don’t know why this but I submitted this document before.
Please anyone have an idea why this happened?

Congratulations fam… I submitted my passport on the 26th of September to VFS Abuja and on my ircc portal they told me to upload my stamp passport in 30days, I don’t know what to do. October 22nd will make it 30days and still haven’t heard anything from VFS yet

I haven't got pre arrival, no nothing , just eligibility in progress. I check my tracker almost everyday

They did not ask for additional document. My Eligibility changed from In-progress on the 29th of August and since then I haven't heard from them
