good day elders in the house, please i'm fresh here (actually here on behalf of a friend) and would appreciate your assistance. My friend and her guy applied for the K1 visa since August last year and have since been waiting. all they got was an acknowledgement mail stating that their case was received and no word since then. please i just want to know if there is something they should be doing or should have done next or is the delay being experienced by everyone. please your guidance will be very much appreciated. Also, is there any whatsapp group for this purpose? i will like to be added if their is one. thank you in anticipation of the requested guidiance. |

Thanks for your response You'd lose 6 points when you turn 31 not 5, and by then, your 465 would be...well you do the calculation. He needs to take the test again.[/quote] |

ADVICE URGENTLY NEEDED!!! Please my seniors in the house, kindly advice me. I am the principal applicant and we are considering applying with the 'spouse not accompanying' option. We are aware that this doesn't change the required POF for our family size, but just that my CRS is higher if my spouse is not accompanying (476) as opposed to 465 if he is accompanying (his ielts was a bit low). We just need advice about the pros and cons of following this option. I clock 31 in December and will be loosing 5 points if I don't get ITA before then. Kindly advice please. Thanks |
