Relatively affordable properties for sale in Lagos State Investing in real estate has always been a safe and highly profitable venture. You can never be wrong. More especially if you have such properties in very viable location such as Lagos State. However, there are certain things to take adequate note of when buying a land or any form of landed properties. Top on the list would be to acquire when the values are below prime market rates. Believe me, opportunities for these still come. Even in a choking place like Lagos. Just that many people are not futuristic in thinking and scope. You may want to follow this thread for some opportunities as they come along. From me... Other contributors can drop theirs under the thread. For which I shall comment on with brief analysis and evaluation. Cheers to your investment experiences PS This thread is not about technicalities involved in real estate investing Suggestions are not to be taken as investment advise. Individuals are strongly advised to consult investment advisor/s before making a decision. |

Politics / August 9th - Osun Decides by ajaabi(m): 6:28am On Jul 26, 2014 |
Osun state would be voting to elect new governor to rule the state for the next 4 or so years. With fireworks and verbal wars among parties and loyalists making the situation look like it could be anybody's, who do you think would likely carry the day? Are we expecting an upstage, as we had in Ekiti? Or "an Otedola" scenario? Give your opinion... Health / Gray Hair: Embarrassing? by ajaabi(m): 2:20pm On Aug 06, 2009 |
Are you a young person, far below 70 but already growing grey hair: head, arm pit and less seen places? Or you are of advanced age but hate to be seen as an old bag? Yes, grey hair can be embarrassing. But you dont have to agonise any longer. The solution is here: prescription less tablets, tasteless, odourless and in weeks you start looking your childlike (youthful) self once again. Post your comments here and I would let the source out later. For everybody, got it for a friend who is singing its praises now, |
Politics / 10 Years Of Civil Rule: How Has Nigeria Fared? by ajaabi(m): 11:19am On Jun 03, 2009 |
I stumbled on an old newspaper recently. It was dated Dec 4, 2006. What caught my attention was an advert by the national ruling party, PDP, that said: We are doing it. We can do more! It has a picture of an electric rail, proposed to be constructed by the administration if voted back to power. The project was supposed to cost about N1.1trilion. My question is: Ten years of uninterrupted civil rule, as some prefer to call it instead of Democratic Rule, what have we gained? Has anything changed? The people should talk. Let's review the score cards of 1, national ruling party PDP 2, state governments 3, local governments 4, representatives at local, state and federal levels 5, perhaps most importantly, the opposition. Democracy is about people. So let's talk, |
