U can get it from any of dis offices,H0D,FACULTY Officer.DEAN,REgistrar e.t.c bt I will advice u to get it from ur HOD becos I had NA do contact d office bk and it will be easy 4 ur HOD to remember

Well,everyone opinions are right bt if ur HOD is d best and easier means 4 u...all well and good....I had NA will contact d person or Dept wia ur attestation come from.....in best opinion is ur Dept becos u might not be uptil 4 dat applied in ur Dept and easy 4 ur HOD to remember than ur registrar and other....dats my view.

I calld the NA headquarter this morning to comfirm something like
(i)attestation(either secondary or tertiary)
(ii)can a retired personnel sign 4 one(yes)
