Please anyone with useful info of how many months or years is Bagco (A division of Flour mills Nigeria FMN) management trainee and how does their working condition looks like?
Is the company worth spending career with?

The interview was fine but tough. They actually asked technical questions majorly from your field of study.

I applied last year November, wrote aptitude test january, 2019

I saw a nairaland post dated year 2010, where someone participating in Bagco management trainee program said he was being paid 44k monthly. That is roughly 9 years ago, alot might have changed by now

This bagco have come again with there management trainee. I was called for an interview with them January 28 2019, I didn't go because of the distance. North precisely... Even the once that wrote the exam, I don't think they have employ them, because I used to get random message from the mail they sent. Now another management trainee...it is well,

I think that was the one I went for too. It was January 30, 2019. Only few people passed the aptitude test tho.
