Yes, what the Agent is saying is true. There is the plot number on your offer statutory right of occupancy, which is what is required. Then there is also that TDP (Technical Deeds Plan), which will be given to you by the Authority ( signed by the FCDA),; this is a survey plan of your plot of land showing the coordinates and other information about the plot of land. This TDP is always attached to other documents of the land. So, the Agent is saying the right thing, you are we I safe hands. 4 Likes |
