What else do you/can one do with emails generated for outbound. Either the domain sell or not.

They say Money is in the list. I'll likt to know how else one can use these emails to make money.

Concerning your question 2, personally I use 17 Gmail for outbound. To get maximum deliverability, get your leads manually (he also mentioned that), avoid link in first mail, keep the first mail simple and short, (personally I like to ask questions that will invoke a response from them), if your leads are much have differ version of that sales letter, space the mail across the Gmail properly. About have, create/have a system that works for you.
