I am looking for agents conversant with the procedure for obtaining an Indian medical visa.
I need this visa processed for a relative resident in Nigeria and need the visa as soon as possible.

I am looking for a buildable plot either inside Abuja or a good surburb like Gwarinpa for residential purposes. This land must be buildable and this means that people should already be living there. The area must be developed with all amenities like tarred road etc. An estate plot in a nice secure estate is welcome too.
Budget it between 5m to 8.5 million naira. Plot size can be anything from 700sqm to 1000sqm. I will start building immediately.
Title of the plot must be in order.

I deleted my initial post cos I just got upset by reading just the first paragraph of the topic and responded without reading all. The rest part is very true and like I said initially, opportunities abound in 9ja now! You are missing out if you have yet to grab whats yours yet.

I just moved to Europe but before then, I had set up my own business in Lagos and am still running my business in Lagos while living in Europe and this takes me home every 2 months or so and am amazed each time I go home at the changes taking place. I love my country!
