The site from which the link was taken sanctions contradictory points of view to that of the majority of respondents. For this reason, I view the site as one of many such sites whose underlying motives is to cause a greater horror than that which it pretends to condemn.

Crime / Re: unclothed Pictures Of Nigerians Trying To Scam Foreigners:::::::::::::::::::::::::::: by alias64: 3:00am On Feb 06, 2010
I have read of some targets who ask the 419 scammers to tattoo themselves with owned by,  or church logos and they are asked to send pictures in as well. Then they are informed that they won't be getting the money they wanted.
shocked shocked

Lol, grin grin I suppose if these silly notions help preserves the status quo, in the minds of Oyibo, that Africans are stupider than they are, illusions shattered by the 419'ers, then that’s up to them.

But I’ve noticed that when white folks cant get their way in real life they create fantasy and get satisfaction from this instead. It is a bloomin strange phenomenon  shocked shocked

Foreign fools.

Typical of the west and their fantasy lifestyle. They get outsmarted by Nigerians so they come here posting fake images to make themselves feel better.

Trawling the net collecting weird pictures from all over Africa and pasting then here will not get you back the money you lost to people smatter than you are.

Moral of 419 is this, if you’re honest you wont be duped. cool

Wow, this forum really is full of Ghanaians, is their own forums that boring or were they, like K4, bitter people dumped by Nigerian partners? shocked shocked shocked

Ah-ha, that explains it! cool cool cool

Here I was, wondering why this person was coming here to argue on Ghana supposed importance to Nigerians and all the time he was too foolish to see that his continual presence on a Nigerian forum contradicts  his stance in the first place.

K4 is bitter because his Nigerian wife dumped him. I have seen this before. There was this African American woman whose Nigerian partner dumped her, the poor woman was so distraught and then biter she hunted forums up and down the internet complaining about Nigerians.  Poor K4, I know, Nigerians are sweet, you suffered a great loss and we sympathise. Try to find a less sophisticated woman, for example a Ghanaian woman, and get on with your life.

Now you can  close the case!

Many pictures attributed to Nigeria aren’t of Nigeria or Nigerians. Folks here have to start demanding proof.

The link below appears to point to the true origin of a picture popularly pasted on Niaraland as being of Nigerian origin when it is not.

@ playah P , you're a liar until you can prove they are Nigerians.  The pictures are just as likely members of your extended family as anything else.

Pictures look like old Zire footages and Pictures from those old controversial Ghana Pen-Pal sites.

Nigerians are too clever, prideful, knowledgeable and traditional to pose naked holding humiliating cards. The pictures are more like redneck racists wet dream.

below is the latest picture of Lagos Nigeria

As in much of Africa, Nigeria’s most worrisome Problem is that citizens have too much freedom --- this is contrary  to what the media would have you believe.

You need to pass that road and see the no of accidents and deaths recorded on that road daily. It only will answer your question!

I keep an open mind, so tell me how? Empirical evidence would suggest only a mad man or a drunk would speed on a road like this and if so then the road is not the cause of deaths although we would all prefer good roads if not for economic then aesthetic reasons.
Politics / Re: Just Give One Reason Why U Must Condem Nigeria by alias64: 5:23pm On Jan 20, 2010
@Dr Know

Where is your proof that the first video was in Nigeria? I saw that video on youtube and people debated its validity.

As for the second video, how do people loose their lives on roads such as those? The condition of this road and others like it preclude vehicles attaining sufficient speeds

Thirdly, many posts on this site, false media purporting to be about Nigeria that I think it is time forumites place the burden of proof on individuals posting images and videos.

Only an apologist will see a sound reason in the above article for why Obama placed Nigeria on that terrorist list. The article says noting so much as America has a set of criteria, which potentially places all of the world’s developing countries on banned list. Of Mutallab’s lack of association with Nigeria (except by birth) and America going ahead regardless to place Nigeria on that list, the article has nothing new to say.

Obama is a Coon.

Interesting that a non-Nigerian, but he's so interested in what goes on in our country. You raised some valid points here and there, nevertheless, it is rude and downright disrespectful to call a person, or group of people cowards. If you really care that much, go over to Naija and make a difference, if not, go read a book or something.

There are many none-paye foreigners very interested in Nigeria. African wars provide excellent financial opportunities

It is the law of diminishing return, Tpia. .  They’ve used all profanity and it now no longer has shock value so they are going to emblazon the tired things. Next they’ll emblezone razzmatazing gifs.

Then again, perhaps the shootings and bombings of everyday life downtown Mogadishu has defend the poor sod. undecided

No2Atheism (m)

can someone please explain to me why i keep hearing the phrase over population . . . how exactly are over populated

If I am not mistaken a country or continent is said to be overpopulated if the land and economy are estimated as incapable of sustaining its inhabitants.  For example, a country of only 500 people could be judged as overpopulated if current land quality and economy can only sustain 250 people.  Like other indexes, the concept is controversial and often used selectively.

[b]Nigerians need to understand their plight in context of the black movement. On the other hand, a part of our strength lies in the fact that most of us do not recognise this truth. Thus, we are confident and not liable to use racial prejudice as a crutch in the same way that African Americans and black Brits often do to their detriment.  Yet the fact remains that we Nigerians are black people. What we take for a special hatred against Nigerians, is in fact racial prejudice against all black people. The focus on Nigerians is only because Nigerians or those who claim to be Nigerians justify the prejudice meted out. As I have stated in the past, for the first time in the history, the world is presented with a set of people, who fully accept all the prejudices and stereotype used against them. This makes Nigerians the perfect victims.

We would seem somewhat kinky as if deriving sexual pleasure from being abused. That would be the case if I did not eventually realise that many of the people who say things like, ‘we Nigerians are thieves were in fact Ghanaians and other africans’. see the post directly above this one for example of the fake Nigerians.

About victim.

Understand that the world outside Africa loves and craves a group to persecute more than hood rats love crack-cocaine. They are always searching for the next victim group. Gypsies, Jews, Armenians, African Americans, Slavs and the Chinese themselves, these were all old hat victims.

As for the Chinese, they should be careful or they will end up justifying the brutality meted them by the Japanese occupation.

Politics / Re: Jonathan Tells Us, Get Us Off That List by alias64: 2:35pm On Jan 13, 2010
Well he had better start developing some fire. What’s with all the statement of friendship. Nigeria and America are sovereign nations, we are not friends, this is business. We have traded, they have provided aid, and in return, we gave them loyalty. Right now, the American president is an African America with all that this implies. His sentimentality to African American relationship with Nigerians is causing a strain. The “president” Jonathan, rightly drew attention to the disparity of purpose of America when dealing with other nations, presumably the Arab ones, when in response to their terrorism it offers financial and some social assistance in contrast to Nigeria, which it offered only an outrageously unfair label.

The trick that these foreigners use is the headline. So for instance, they flood the board with headlines such as Nigeria is bad or Nigeria is sad so that even before you reply the damage is already done. The headlines stick in the mind, this is a part of their game.

Nigeria is the only good thing about black Africa. If Nigeria goes, black Africa is finished. You know it and the other pretenders who come on here writing fart know it too. Why do you think Nigeria and Nigerians have such resentment?

The only good thing about the rest of Africa is the fact that you can pretty much up-stake and move to another country. Why not forget about Nigeria, if you’re Nigerian which I doubt, change your passport, and don’t post on here anymore. Turn your back, go away, and leave Nigeria to those of us who are proud of her. Go on, go away shoo

I would miss the Yoruba who helped to make Nigerians proud of their African roots and the joy they have for life. I would miss the Ibo’s whose potential to industrialise Nigeria would remain unfulfilled. I would miss the northerners who helped to give Nigeria some guts. I would miss the unifying force of the middle belt people. I would miss the sound of the most beautiful spoken language I ever heard which is that of the Ijaw. I would miss the minority tribes who make Nigerians the best-looking people in Africa.
Politics / Re: How Can Nigeria Sanction The Us? What Do We Have That The US Will Possibly Want? by alias64: 9:21pm On Jan 12, 2010
Your point Nigeria should look inwards in order to develop relevance is one thing but I think ultimately the relationship between Nigeria and America is unhealthy. America does not need Nigeria that is a fact but I do not think Nigerians realise that they need America even less. It goes without stating, that Nigeria needs self-reliance but in the mean time Nigeria should pursue more intra African trade and work on developing ties with china.

If I was a Nigerian dictator no Nigerian American would step foot in Nigeria. Those people are damaged goods.

I will miss the fact that there will be no other African nation like Nigeria which is not welcoming of whites, mixed raced people or Nigerians of American origin with fat MacDonald asses. cool cool cool
