my appeal had to be decided (on papers) on or after 12 may 2008.it's a student appeal.it's been 4 weeks i hav not got any letter, i called Ait they said u just wait a letter will be sent to you and my appeal has not been decided yet, well why are they taking so much time, what do u guys think how much timm will they take more

well i'm from pakistan, i apologize if i voilated any rule, i sent my initial application to bhc islamabad, ya i've already started praying, is apeal something that is determined on merit, or it's just a luck, ?

     friends my local BHC didnt send my bundle to AIT, firstly i was asked to wait till 11 march 2008 nd then BHC was asked to send my bundle till 09 may now again they havnt sent my bundle, my appeal is going to be decided in thier absence on paper based, it is mentioned like this that " Your appeal will proceed to be determined after 12 may in their absence "  i want to know how much time will be taken by ait after 12 may,  will i have to wait months again or it just takes days to detrmine the appeal once the date passes, looking forward to hearing from u soon,

thank for answering my query, but i just wanted to know what if BHC doesnt send bundle, and appeal is decided in their absence then r there more chances of getting approved appeal or chances remain same in both cases,

i lodged my appeal on 1st october 2007 , i was asked to wait till 11 march 2008 so that British high commission islamabad,pakistan could prepare my bundle stating the reason for my rejection, but they didnt send my bundle till the said date, Ait has sent them reminder and has asked that ait will wait till 10 may 2008 if British high comm doesnt send my bundle to ait, is it better in my favour if BHC doesnt send my bundle to ait nd my appealis decided in their absence,
