You could get the material(specimen pack) at British Council Office. Where is your location. I sat the test sometime ago and would check if the person I gave mine to is done using it.

The tuition fee is AU$20,000p.a., and the course is for 18months, that brings the tuition to about AU$30,000. I have sat the IELTS test with a total band score of 7. Does it mean the person will not draw on the account at all before the visa is issued or you're trying to say however, the money at any point in time should be sufficient to cover all the financial outlay that may be required?
Can I get talking with you on phone- I think its much easier though we can still do stuff on this thread.
