Please if your Visa was approved last week in Abuja and you selected Lagos as to where to pick up your passport, How many days did it take them to send you a mail to pick up your passport? Mine has taken more than 5 working days, today makes it 6 days I don't even know what is causing the delay. I tried tracking the passport they are still telling me the passport is still with the Embassy. Who will I contact or is it normal to take this long for transfer from Abuja to Lagos even after the VO telling me 5 working days. |

iIkjosh and all other elders in the house I have made some research on the AL1 Universities my Agent Goajo is affiliated with University of Tasmania needs IELTS which I have not written, while my application to Deakin University was rejected due my agent not indicating my previous immigration refusals. UNSW is where I got admit from and the tuition fee which is AUD$47,280 annually is quite expensive same with University of Adelaide which is AUD$46,000. Macquarie University you suggested only accept 3.5/5 Cgpa and above while my Cgpa is 3.27/5. Monash is also expensive AUD$42,800, Torrens University don't have my program Information system management/information technology/Data Science. These are the AL1 universities my agent is affiliated with. I'm thinking of reapplying to Deakins and rectifying the mistakes the agent made initially because of their moderate fees and having a campus in a regional area. Please i need advice Fam Ikjosh04: 2 Likes |

I just confirm Softkey that the $14,000 is not the first semester fee but just the deposit fee i am to pay here in Nigeria. The First Semester fee is AUD$23,640 which way too expensive to forfeit after first semester. Which AL1 school will you advice me to go for that has lower tuition fee for first semester that I can forfeit or even continue with if it within my budget of AUD$28k to $35k. Canadian application has bastardized my profile with 2 denials so I can only apply to AL1 schools. Please I need advice Fam Softkey: |

So what do you advice should I still go for the school and change to lower tuition fee school after my first semester and forfeit the $14,000 initial deposit after my first semester? Softkey: |
Travel / Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Amahjosh(m): 2:10am On Nov 26, 2020 |
Thank you Softkey for your input. So AUD$98,000 for a 2 years program is cheap, chai Now i believe there is nothing like cheap schools in Australia. So I should give it a shot. Softkey: |

Hello I need advice I am working with an Agent G. So they advice me to opt for UNSW because of my profile (two previous Canadian student visa refusals) which is quite an expensive tuition fee AUD$47,280 for a year because according to them using that school to apply for visa, the success rate is high because it is a level 1 school and embassy do less scrutiny to applications from level 1 schools; I don't know how true is this. My question is this; Is it possible to while onshore transfer from UNSW Masters in Data Science to Grifitth University Masters of Information System and Information technology Management after getting my Visa with UNSW without forfeiting my AUD$14,000 first semester deposit fee I will be paying to UNSW from Nigeria here. Please I need advice on how to handle this dilemma because I am so confuse, AUD14,000 is almost 4M naira. |

Good evening all, please I need your suggestions 1. I studied Electronics and Computer Engineering here in Nigeria but want to do a master's program in Data Science. Is Data Science a good program in Australia with high employment prospects in Australia with getting PR as the goal. 2. Can I get suggestions of level schools that are very good in Data Science with moderate fees, Currently I am applying to Deakin University? 3. Can I use my maternal Uncle as my sponsor who is not bearing the same surname as me or my mum? He is willing to sponsor. Can someone that is not bearing my surname or my mum's previous surname sponsor me? Please help with an answer if you can. |

Hello house, great work you all are doing here as the information here is really helpful, someone referred me to this thread and i am new here..Please I will appreciate suggestions and advise on my situation which I am about to share.. I want to guys to tell me the truth as regards my chances of getting PPR.. Below is my present situation I am a single 29+years old Man, a BSc holder with a certification in my field Computer Networking CCNA with over 3 years working experience, and I do not have a Masters degree but will be taking the BCS diploma in IT and am yet to write my IELTS exam and I have been. I calculated my CRS score even with the BCS diploma and my score was 437. Below are my questions.. 1. What are the things I must do for my points to be high? Because truth be told, If I decide to go for Masters now, I would be 32+ when am through, which means my points will automatically drop because of my age. 2. And I have been denied Canada Study visa twice in a space of a year. I don't have plans of applying again when the goal is to get PPR Please I will really appreciate your suggestions and advise on my situation, I have really been thinking about the whole situation and I decided to share it here for suggestions and advises.. Please peeps in my kind of situation before that have gotten their PPR can also tell me what they did.. Thanks in anticipation. |
