Health / Late Eating Habits Destroy The Digestive System! by Amanijesu: 11:29pm On May 24
Most persons do not have specific time for eating. They eat anything that passes at any time. As one grows older, it gets to a stage the metabolic process drops. This is the more reason you shouldn't eat late.

The digestive enzymes are very active when the body is active. Most times people are too busy to eat in the morning. And some will say, I don't feel hungry in the morning. That's the time the body need food the most. But we leave all the food consumption till at night when the body is tired. That's the time we eat all we have not eaten during the day. Immediately after that, we sleep off because the body is tired.
This habit has caused a lot of persons to suffer ulcer, indigestion, loss of appetite, constipation, etc
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Unemployed People, How Are You Coping In This Harsh Economy? by Amanijesu: 10:44pm On May 24
Graduates should look beyond degrees and take up a relevant skill that can put food on their tables. Look into skills that are trending in this time and learn and keep on learning.

Truly, the society does not care about how you survive. Just make sure that what you do is legit!
