The second Niger Bridge will be built by Julius Berger thru PPP. Federal govt will pay a certain percentage of the total cost of executing the project, while Julius Berger along with its partners will pay the rest.

Already, N12billion was provided in the 2013 budget, thru the SURE-P, to take care of the federal govt counterpart funding for the bridge

As for when construction will start, work is expected to start by March/April this year.
