Yeah technically someone can take emergency contraception up to 72 hours to 5 days after sex. But if someone has already ovulated, it won't work, since it's purpose is to prevent ovulation not terminate a pregnancy.

I suggest you guys wait a few weeks, then buy a pregnancy test.
If it's positive you need to decide whether to keep it or abort it, based on your situation and beliefs.
If it's negative, then I suggest you as the guy learn how to use condoms correctly to prevent them from breaking. 4. Lastly, you use ulipristat acetate( this 1 Na for rich people)(within 7 days of sex)
