As a payroll beneficiary in the first batch, it accepted the CAC, turned out verified. But it's not accepting the same BVN used; it's saying "account already exists", despite using a separate account from the one I used earlier. I think the way out is to use an entirely new BVN

Hello all, I think strategies towards ending the menace of scamming on currency exchange needs to be explored.

Here is one I'd like to present to the house; is it possible for all legit exchangers to get themselves verified and enlisted on the list of legit currency dealers and exchangers on nairaland? For any exchanger to join the list, he/she would be checked through different means. Such that anyone not enlisted is declared unsafe to deal with.

Is this possible? We need serious measures in place to curb scamming here.

This person contacted me and claimed to be Modath, not knowing that i know Modath very well. So i contacted Modath for verification and discovered that its all lie.

The thief runs a whatsapp business account with 09072478567. Username 'Queen' with one fake picture describing some paypal, payoneer and other withdrawal channels. He even included a fake website and one modupe@gmail.com email address

I don't know why many just chose to be criminals. Imagine, just $10.

Lets take note of this unrepentant scammer!
