[quote author=weemee post=39963694]I am doing same course in a university here also, your budget will take care of everything if you are prudent. Architecture here is different and sure you have a lot to learn and unlearn.

It does worth it if you land a good job (there are available jobs in architecture but local experience is always mandatory), however prepare to start from the scratch because most firms will prefer someone with local experience. #inozvoice

I guess where you're going to have a little problem is your work experience. You can go through your assessing body website http://www.aaca.org.au and see if your 6 months experience would fly.

Why spend all that money (70k$) when you can get PR directly from here and then study at your own pace or just look for a job and enjoy all benefits being a Permanent Resident has to offer.

The whole PR processing expenses shouldn't cost you more than $5500($3550 visa fee + $1000 max for skill assessment + $950 to cover Ielts/PTE, PCC, Medicals and other minor things) if you're a single applicant.

Go to www.border.gov.au and read about visa subclass 189 & 190. Also read through the forum and feel free to ask questions here on anything you dont seem to be clear about.
